A highly qualified and multi-faceted personality, he is a firm believer of imparting quality education, making character building of the students an essential part of it. He has postulated the following five essentials of education.

Five E’s to impart Effective Education to a Child

1. EFFORTS ‘There is no short cut to success’ is an old adage which will never cease to ring true even in a million years. Hard work and sincere efforts are the key prerequisites to reach the milestone of success.
2. ENCOURAGEMENT ‘Appreciation and encouragement’ is a sure shot way to bolster up one’s enthusiasm and make him work hard to achieve yet another milestone.
3. ENTERPRISE An avid interest in all things new and an eclectic and all encompassing attitude helps one come up with novel ideas and imaginative steps to embark on a new venture.
4. EXACTING ENDEAVOURS ‘Success is a journey not a destination’ is a belief which makes one see things in their right perspectives and fosters a will to strive for perfection.
5. ENRICHMENT Enriching a child’s mind is not about filling it with academic data but inculcating in him a love for knowledge by striking the balance between academics and extra-curricular activities.

Rana, an eminent educationist has an experience of over 20 years of running schools that have grown by leaps & bounds in the field of education. She is the recipient of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Smriti Rashtriya Shikshak Samman 1999; Peace, Mercy & Tolerance Award 2001 and Dr. Radhakrishnan Shikshak Ratan Samman 2003 for her outstanding contribution in and commitment to the field of education.

She is also the Founder Principal of the St. Andrews Scots Sr. Sec. School, I.P. Extension (Patparganj), which has notched up a series of achievements at the State, National and also Global level in various areas.

This School would be run under her able guidance along with the other Honorable Members of the Management who are notable educationists with years of experience behind them.
